The project is by Benkar Properties and was completed in 2016, so it was ready to move in. I liked that it’s a gated community and has a lift. The location is good, close to the Mumbai Bangalore highway and Sinhgad Road. Aaryans World School is also nearby, which is a plus. The construction is earthquake resistant. While everything seems fine, the carpet area for the 1 BHK feels a bit small, and I hope it will be enough for my needs. The parking situation also seems a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it’s a decent start for a fit-time buyer.
