I have been living in Bengal Citadel for over a year now. The location in Bramhapur, Entally is quite convenient, very close to Gitanjali Metro Station, which is just a 4-minute walk. Also, Ram Krishna Mission is nearby, which is peaceful. I bought a 1 BHK which is 665 Sq.ft built up, and it is comfortable for me. The construction by Bengal Millennium Realty Group seems solid. My only slight concern is that the OC was not available at the time of possession, which feels a bit unusual. However, the general upkeep is decent and the neighboare friendly. It was a good decision for my retirement.

Also, the pricing for the larger 3 BHK units felt slightly on the higher side.

Overall, a decent bet for rental income.
