    My husband and I finally bought our own home, a 3 BHK in Somadhan Sreejita Appartment. We are currently renting and wanted more space. This flat is 1200 Sq.ft built-up, which is a good upgrade. Being ready to move was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The location is decent, close to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station, making my commute easier. Samadhan Builde& Developeprovided a functional layout. The biggest issue for us is the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments, it’s quite noticeable. We paid about 58 Lakhs for this. The power backup is reassuring.

    After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. I chose a 3 BHK in Somadhan Sreejita Appartment. It's ready to move, which was convenient. The size is 1200 Sq.ft, spacious enough for my needs. The gymnasium is a nice touch for staying active. The nearby Narayana Hospital and Ram Krishna Mission are very useful. My only real complaint is the traffic on Park Street can be quite bad during peak hou, making it difficult to get out sometimes. Samadhan Builde& Developecompleted this in 2017. Overall, it's a comfortable living space, and the 24x7 security gives me peace of mind. The price was around 55 Lakhs.

The proximity to Narayana Hospital is a major comfort. Our main concern is the price; it felt a bit on the higher side compared to other options we explored in Kolkata, costing us approximately 70 Lakhs. Still, the space and location are key factofor us. The area feels generally safe.

The price range of 42.5 L to 72.5 L seemed competitive for Kolkata. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which makes resale potentially tricky down the line. However, the project is ready to move, which was a priority for me. I am hoping the rental yields will be good.

    This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Somadhan Sreejita Appartment. I was drawn to the 850 Sq.ft size and the price, which was around 45 Lakhs. It's ready to move in, so I can settle quickly. The developer, Samadhan Builde& Develope, seems to have finished the project in 2017. I liked that there is a lift and 24x7 security, making it feel safe. The only downside is that the parking space seems quite limited, which might be a problem later. I am still figuring out the exact utility bills. It’s a decent start for me.
