The 3 BHK flats are quite large, around 1050 sq.ft carpet area, which gives us plenty of room. It's located in Alkapuri, Manjalpur which is a decent area, and conveniently near Rosary High School, just nearby. The builder Basil Buildtech seems to have experience since the project was completed in 2016. The price point of 69 Lakh onwards was within our budget. The only slight downside is the accessibility to the main roads can be a bit tricky during peak hou, as it's not directly on a major highway.
