The carpet area of 426 sq.ft is decent for us, and it was ready to move in which was a huge plus. It's nice that they have solid waste management and disposal systems in place. The location in Moshi is okay, though reaching the main Pune-Nashik Highway (NH 50) takes quite a bit of driving, nearby. We looked at the community buildings and landscaping, it seems like a nice place to settle down. The price range was within our reach, which helped us make the decision faster.
