The closeness to Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, nearby, is fantastic for getting around without a car. Barun Construction has included a fire retardant structure and a sewage treatment plant, which are good points. The area is generally quiet, though reaching the main road requires navigating a smaller lane. The project is ready to move in, which suited my timeline perfectly. The nearby school and hospital are also convenient for general needs.

    We recently purchased a 2 BHK unit in Barun Paradise. The carpet area is around 493 sq.ft, which felt a bit compact, but the layout is practical. The proximity to Delhi Public School Ruby Park is excellent, nearby, and Fortis Hospital is also very close at nearby. This was a major factor for us. Barun Construction has included standard amenities like lifts and water storage. My only concern is the traffic on the nearby roads during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Also, the construction dust is noticeable now, but I expect that to settle once more people move in. Overall, it's a decent buy for the location.

    Finding a ready-to-move-in place in Kolkata was tough, but Barun Paradise in Kasba worked out. I got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 530 sq.ft. It's just right for me. The best part is the location – it's close to Rashbehari Avenue (1.3 km) and the metro station is also accessible. Barun Construction offegood security, which is very important for me living alone. The power backup is also a relief. I do wish the parking situation was a little clearer, it seems a bit tight. But for daily needs, the proximity to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass is great for getting around the city quickly. The project has basic amenities covered.
