The plots are ready to move in, and we picked one around 1130 sq.ft. The price point was within our budget, around 15.26 L for that size. They have a children's play area which the kids are already excited about. The gated community aspect gives us peace of mind. The main concern for us is the connectivity to other parts of Nagpur for my husband's work. Hingna Road can get a bit congested during peak houOverall, it feels like a good place for the kids to grow up.

The area is developing well and it’s close to Wardha Road which is a major highway. We chose a plot size of 3541 sq.ft, priced at around 47.81 L. The developer, Balaji Group Nagpur, has many projects so we felt confident. The amenities like 24x7 security and water supply are essential for us. However, the proximity to SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI is nearby, which is a bit far if there's an emergency. We are looking forward to building our house here and settling down permanently. The project feels secure and has good basic facilities.
