We were looking for a ready to move flat in Rajkot and Balaji Sunrise seemed like a good option. The location near Hari Nagar and the 150 Feet Ring Road is quite convenient for getting around the city. It is also close to Sterling Hospitals, which is a major plus for us. The building looks well-maintained from the outside. We found the rooms to be a decent size, though perhaps a little compact for guests. The developer, Balaji Enterprise, has a reasonable reputation in the area. We are happy with the purchase so far, though we haven't fully moved in yet. The proximity to the BRTS stop is also a benefit for public transport.
