The location on Hingna Road is decent, and it's reassuring that the SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER is only a 6-minute drive away. The Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station is also conveniently a short distance the site, which is great for my daily commute. I opted for a smaller plot size, around 1689 sq.ft, which cost approximately 16.05 Lakh. Balaji Builde& Developeare the develope, and the project offeready-to-move plots. The power backup facility is a good addition for ensuring uninterrupted utilities.
