    We chose Balaji Paradise Residency because it's very close to ORCHIDS The International School, just nearby, which is perfect for our kids. The 4 BHK flat we booked has a carpet area of 940 square feet. Balaji Developeis building this project in Akurdi, Pimpri Chinchwad. We are planning to move in after completion in December 2025. The price is around 2.20 Crore. One thing that worries me is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but hopefully, that will reduce once it's finished. They mentioned good recreation facilities which will be nice for the children.
