The price point, between 30 and 36 Lakhs, was attractive for a couple starting their careeThe amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are great for staying active after work. The developer, Balaji Consortium, seems to have focused on community living with the amphitheater and club house. The only slight issue is the traffic getting out of Maheshtala during peak hou, it can be a bit frustrating. We checked the construction quality, and it looked solid. It’s a decent option for young professionals looking for their fit home.
