I decided to put my money into Badri Jishnu Nivas because Tadigadapa is seeing a lot of movement lately. Badri Buildehas a decent reputation for handling residential projects and the scale of this one looks promising. I checked the plans for the 3 BHK apartments which go up to 3141 Sq.ft and they seem quite spacious for the area. While the project is still under construction, I am hopeful that the rental yields will be good once the nearby infrastructure matures. The amenities like a squash court and a swimming pool are definitely going to attract working professionals. I am looking forward to seeing how the landscaping and tree planting work turns out since that usually adds a lot of aesthetic value for future tenants.

Looking for a new office space or a residential base in Krishna led me to consider Badri Jishnu Nivas. I visited the site last week to see the progress. The layout for the 2 BHK units, specifically the 1340 Sq.ft options, feels very practical for a small family. Badri Buildeis providing quite a lot of facilities here, including a waiting lounge and a pharmacy which is very convenient. My only concern is that the current construction noise is quite high during the day because of the ongoing work. Also, the approach road is a bit dusty right now, but that is expected when a big project is under construction. I hope they maintain the place well after it gets completed.
