    My parents needed a comfortable place in Krishna and Sri Mitra seemed like a solid choice. I bought a 3 BHK unit of about 1850 square feet for them. I specifically wanted a place with good ventilation and since these are 3 open side properties, they get a lot of fresh air. It is located close to Capital Hospitals, which was the main reason I finalized this property for their peace of mind. The building has a lift and basic amenities like a children play area, which is great when my niece visits. The layout is very practical for elderly people. Everything seems well maintained and the project status being ready to move helped avoid any construction delays.

    Finding a ready to move apartment in Tadigadapa was our top priority and we finally chose Sri Mitra. We went for the 3 BHK layout which is quite spacious at 1750 square feet. Having 24X7 water supply is a huge relief compared to our previous rental. The location is quite convenient for us as Amigos is nearby for quick errands. The lift service is reliable so far and we haven't faced any power issues thanks to the power backup. Construction quality looks good and the fire sprinkleare already installed. We are happy with the move although the road near the project could be cleaner.

    I have been living in Sri Mitra for some time now and I think it is a decent place to reside in Tadigadapa. My 2 BHK flat is 1200 square feet and the floor plan is quite efficient. The project is well connected to Poranki and other parts of the city. We have regular water supply and the lift works without any complaints. The property being a 3 open side property design ensures the rooms do not feel cramped. It is a simple, no nonsense apartment complex that serves the purpose well. My only concern is the traffic during peak hounear the main road but that is common in this area. Good value for a ready to move property.

Being a retired peon, I appreciate the quiet surroundings near Tadigadapa Cheruvu. The building structure is earthquake resistant which adds to my confidence in the quality. We have a dedicated children play area in the complex where the grandkids spend time whenever they visit. The only thing I find a bit annoying is the construction dust from the nearby plots that settles on the balcony. Other than that, the location is very convenient with all daily requirements accessible within a short distance.
