The project is ready to move in, which is good, though we aren't moving in immediately. The surrounding area is developing, and it's nice that they have street lighting and 24x7 water supply. The price range is quite reasonable for a plot in Chennai. The only drawback we found was the traffic can get a bit heavy on the Chennai-Tirupati Trunk Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
