The location is quite strategic, being close to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass and also very close to South Point High School, which is good for the future. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are attractive amenities for a fit-time buyer like me. They also mentioned fire fighting systems and 24X7 water supply, which provides a sense of security. My biggest concern right now is that the project is still under construction and the original completion date of August 2013 has passed. The Occupancy Certificate is also not available. I’m hoping for transparency from B R Construction regarding the timeline for handover and OC.
