This is my fit property purchase, and I chose B G Raj Apartment. I got a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 775 Sq.ft for about 18.6 Lakh. The price felt manageable for a fit-time buyer, and it’s ready to move which was important. The location in Bally is okay; it's a short distance VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is convenient. However, I found the rooms to be a bit compact once furniture was placed. The developer, B G Construction, seems to have finished the project back in 2018. Having a lift is good, but I do wish there were more amenities. The proximity to the Belghoria Expressway, nearby, is a plus for commuting.
