We were looking for a spacious home in Jubilee Hills and Ayyanna Pristine caught our eye. The 3130 Sq.ft 4 BHK flat is quite large, perfect for us and guests. Having ORCHIDS school and Medicover Hospitals right at nearby distance is a huge plus, saves so much travel time. The intelligent home access control feature feels very modern. We booked it because it's ready to move, so we don't have to wait long. The pricing is on the higher side, around 4.38 Cr, but given the location and amenities like the spa and gym, it felt justified. The only minor issue is that the construction site dust can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully, that will settle down once the project is fully complete and landscaping is done.
