This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Axis Pleasant Apartments. I chose it because it’s ready to move and the builder, Axis Home Develope, has been around for a while. The flat size is 1292 sq.ft, and it cost me about 49.1 Lakhs. I liked the idea of having a children's play area and a badminton court. The apartment is decent, and the location in Manikonda is developing. However, the dust and construction noise from nearby sites can be quite botheome during the day. The maintenance charges seem reasonable though. I am hoping the value of my investment will grow over the yeaI am still getting used to the idea of owning a home.

The location in Manikonda is decent, close enough to IT hubs. We really liked the cycling and jogging track and the swimming pool. It's nice to have these amenities right here. Axis Home Developehave been responsive to our queries. Our main concern is the traffic on Manikonda Road, especially during peak hou, it can get quite bad. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity inside the apartment needs improvement. Other than that, the apartment itself is spacious and well-designed. The security guards are also diligent.
