We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in AVS Orchard by AVP Buildtech Pvt Ltd a few yeaago. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1350 Sq.ft to 2480 Sq.ft, which offegood space. The location in Sector 77, Noida is quite convenient with the Noida Sector 76 Metro Station nearby. The project was completed in December 2011, so it's well-established. One thing we noticed is that during peak hou, traffic getting to NH 24 can be a bit slow, even though it's nearby. The overall construction quality seems robust. We are happy with the space provided for the price we paid.
