I opted for a 2 BHK configuration spanning 855 square feet. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are well-kept, providing good recreational options. The project’s location in Sector 77, Noida, is decent, though traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houheading towards NH 24 which is about 10 kilometeaway. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provide peace of mind. The price point for the 2 BHK was around 65 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the facilities offered. It’s a solid property for a family.

The price was around 41.47 Lakh, which felt manageable for a ready-to-move place. I really liked the landscaping and the reflexology park, it’s nice to have green spaces. The construction was completed back in June 2011, so it's an older building but it feels well-maintained. The location in Sector 77, Noida is convenient with the metro station just a short drive away. Water supply is 24/7 which is a big plus. My only small worry is the parking, it can get a bit crowded sometimes when guests visit. Overall, happy with this purchase and excited to start my new life here.

The price was in the higher range, around 88.22 Lakh, but the Vastu compliant design and ample natural light were big draws. We appreciate the Ayurveda Centre and the medical facilities within the complex, which add to the convenience. The location in Sector 77, Noida is close to schools like Kothari International School which is only 5 kilometeaway. The only downside we've noticed is that the dust from nearby ongoing construction can be a bit botheome sometimes. However, the 24x7 water supply and the club house facilities are excellent.
