The fact that it's ready to move in was a big plus for us as we wanted to settle in soon. The price is between 2.17 Crore and 2.63 Crore, which is a stretch but manageable. We really liked the idea of a terrace garden and the gym. Having EV charging points is also very convenient for our electric car. The design of the building is quite grand. It's close to Thiruvanmiyur Beach too, which is nice for weekend outings. Overall, a good find.
