After retirement, I wanted a comfortable home with good amenities. Avis North Palace in Ahmedabad offea swimming pool and 24x7 security which are important for me. I am looking at a 3 BHK apartment of 308 Sq.yd. Plot area. The price of 1.42 Crore is reasonable for the amenities provided. The construction completion is scheduled for July 2025. I am a bit concerned about the ongoing construction dust in the area, but hopefully, it will settle down once the project is finished. The landscaping and tree planting plan sounds nice. I hope the maintenance charges are also reasonable.
