The location in Singaperumal Koil, behind Mahindra World City, is developing nicely. It’s good that it’s ready to move. One small issue is the road access; it’s not directly on the main highway and involves a short stretch of less developed road. However, the price point and the villa concept were appealing enough for me to make the decision.
