We are getting a 2 BHK apartment which has a saleable area of 1235 sq.ft, plenty of room for our two children. The price is 71.63 Lakh onwards, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the location advantage and the promise of good amenities like recreation facilities and closed car parking weighed heavily. The project is under construction, with completion targeted for March 2028. We did notice some dust from the ongoing work, which is expected, but hopefully, the landscaping and storm water drains will mitigate that once finished. Avantika Constructions seems to be building a solid community here.
