I am purchasing a 2 BHK apartment in Avantika Godavari Block 2 for my parents who will be residing in Hyderabad. The saleable area for the 2 BHK units ranges between 695 Sq.ft and 1095 Sq.ft. This project by Avantika Constructions is under construction and scheduled for completion in February 2027. I was impressed by the range of amenities offered, including Car Parking, 24x7 Water Supply, Lift(s), and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance for security. Power Backup is also a significant advantage. The location in Gopanpally, Sangareddy is an area with potential for growth. The only minor issue is the parking; while car parking is available, the layout might be a bit tight for larger vehicles, which I need to confirm.
