I was looking for a peaceful place and Avantika Emerald in Miyapur seemed like a good option. The project by M/S. Avantika Infra has features like landscaping and tree planting, which is nice. I am considering a 2 BHK flat, around 1100 sq.ft, with a budget of approximately 75 Lakh. The idea of 24x7 water supply and storm water drains is practical. However, the Miyapur Metro Station is over nearby, which is a bit of a distance for daily commute if needed. I'm also waiting to see the final build quality. The completion is set for June 2027.

Our kids will be going to Kennedy High The Global School, which is conveniently located nearby. That was a major deciding factor for us choosing Avantika Emerald. We booked a 2 BHK flat which has a saleable area of 1160 sq.ft. The price is around 78.88 Lakh. M/S. Avantika Infra is building this complex in Sangareddy. We checked out the amenities and liked the solid waste management system and rainwater harvesting plans. The only worry is that construction is ongoing, so there's some dust and noise around the site. We hope it calms down once we move in closer to the completion date in June 2027.

As a single woman, safety and convenience are top priorities. Avantika Emerald offeclosed car parking and 24x7 water supply, which are good. I'm looking at a 2 BHK flat with a saleable area of 1093 sq.ft, costing about 74.33 Lakh. M/S. Avantika Infra is developing this in Sangareddy. It's under construction and due for completion in June 2027. The location near Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences Hospital is a plus. My only real concern is the parking. While closed parking is available, I wonder if it will be sufficient and if maneuvering larger vehicles will be easy. The price is also at the higher end of my budget.
