    This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK Villa at Avadh Bungalow in Sola. I was looking for something ready to move. The built-up area is 1600 square feet, which seems adequate for now. The location is quite good, with easy access to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway and Sardar Patel Ring Road. It feels safe with the hospital and school nearby. However, I found the parking space a bit limited. It might be a challenge if we have guests with caAlso, being an older project from 1998, I hope the maintenance will be consistent. Overall, it’s a decent start for me.

The location in Sola is great, especially being so close to Udgam School For Children and Marengo CIMS Hospital – absolute lifesavefor us. Getting to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway is also very quick, making commutes manageable. One thing that slightly botheus is the traffic noise, especially during peak hou, as it is quite close to the main roads. Also, the Thaltej Metro Station is a bit far at nearby, which we were hoping would be closer for easy public transport.
