The 2 BHK flat we got has a carpet area of 999 sq.ft, and the price was about 51.91 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move property, completed in 2013, which was convenient. The kids love the skating rink and the swimming pool. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system for safety. The location is good with easy access to NIBM Road. However, the road leading to the main highway is narrow and can be congested during certain times of the day.
