The 2 BHK configuration with 1431 square feet built-up area is spacious enough for them. The price of 2.37 crore onwards is what we budgeted for. A. V. Bhat Developeseems reliable. I appreciate the inclusion of a Spa and Internet/Wi-Fi, which will be useful for them. The building also has a lift, which is important.
