It's close to Bill Chapad Road which makes our commute to the IT park manageable, takes about 30 minutes most days. The landscaping is quite nice, very green. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV. My only small issue is the indoor games area is a bit small, maybe they could expand it later. Overall, the price was within our initial budget.
