They also have a dedicated kid's pool and a swimming pool. I chose a 3 BHK flat of 950 Sq.ft. The location on Sinhagad Road is convenient, though traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houThe price was reasonable for the amenities offered, around 1.2 Cr for my unit. The project is under construction by Ranawat Group and is slated for completion in October 2022. I appreciated the inclusion of a gymnasium and ample parking space. The proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, nearby, also provides peace of mind.
