It's close to the Sri Sai Sushritha Ayurvedic Hospital where I will be working, which is very convenient. The project by Tranquillo Projects and Holdings Pvt Ltd is IGBC Platinum-rated, which is great. The 2 BHK flats are 1050 Sq.ft. The price starting at 51.44 Lakh is reasonable for the amenities offered, including a gymnasium and spa. I am looking forward to the completion in March 2022.
