It’s quite spacious for one peon, but I appreciate the room. The location on Gokhale Nagar Road, Shivaji Nagar, is fantastic; I can walk to BVB'S Sulochana Natu Vidya Mandir in one minute and Cloudnine Hospital is also right there. The security features, including the fire fighting system, give me a sense of safety. The internal roads and footpaths are decent. My only minor issue is that the parking can feel a bit congested at times, especially during evenings when residents return home. Aum DevelopePune seems reliable.
