The price was 55.73 Lakh, which is a bit high but manageable. It is ready to move since June 2016. The view of the national park from the balcony is quite spectacular and calming. The developer, Shevi Group, has provided essential amenities like water storage and a fire fighting system. The intercom facility is also useful.
