The pricing of 1.72 Crore for a 1720 Sq.ft 3.5 BHK apartment in Wave City, Ghaziabad, appeato be on the higher side for the current market, although the developer ATS Homekraft is reputable. The proximity to NH 24 and Eastern Peripheral Expressway is a logistical advantage. The project includes a mini theatre and a sky gym, which are interesting amenities. However, the lack of OC received status is a point of caution for any buyer, especially an investor. Completion is slated for April 2027. I need to see more concrete progress before making a final decision.
