  As a teacher couple, we were looking for a comfortable home within our budget. We found a 1.5 BHK in Atrium Skyward Wing B And C, with a carpet area ranging from 420 to 480 square feet. The price was manageable, and the fact that it was ready to move in June 2021 was a huge advantage. The developer, Atrium Homes, provided a community building and a party lawn, which are nice facilities to have. The location in Undri offea quieter lifestyle compared to the city center. While the carpet areas are on the smaller side, the innovative design helps maximize the space. We are happy with the basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and fire safety systems.

  We moved into Atrium Skyward Wing B And C about six months ago. The location in Undri is quite peaceful, which is what we were looking for. The landscaping is well-maintained and the amphitheater is a nice touch for community events. We bought a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of around 620 square feet, which feels comfortable for us. The builder, Atrium Homes, seems to have focused on basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and street lighting. One small thing is that the road leading to the project can get dusty during dry weather, but overall it’s a quiet neighborhood. The construction quality appeasolid, and the common areas are kept clean.

It's close to Jeevan Spah Eye Hospital and also conveniently located near major roads like NH-65 and NIBM Road. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, which has a carpet area between 417 and 620 square feet. The project has essential amenities like a swimming pool and landscaped gardens that add to the living experience. The price range is between 37.98 Lakh and 1.2 Crore, offering various options. My only reservation is the distance to the Pune Railway Station Metro Station, which is over 9 kilometeaway, making long-distance travel a bit more involved.
