The location in Chowhati Battola Bazar, Narendrapur, is decent, and it's not too far from BD Memorial School, which is important for us. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium which the kids are really looking forward to. The 24x7 water supply with filtration is a good feature. The price for a 3 BHK can go up to 44.16 Lakhs. The car parking facility is available, which is essential. We are happy with the overall space and the amenities provided by Atri Group.
