The amenities like the gymnasium, table tennis, and the G+2 clubhouse with 40+ features are impressive. Connectivity to NH-12 and NSC Bose Road is good. My only reservation is the price, which goes up to 54.69 Lakh for the larger units; it's on the higher side of my initial budget. However, the developer, Atri Group, has a solid track record.
