Finding a good home for the family is always a challenge. We visited ATK Kalim Zeus because it’s relatively close to Apollo Hospitals, nearby, and Sealdah Metro is also reachable. We are considering a 3 BHK which is around 847 to 864 square feet. The developer ATK Housing And Development Llp has included a Children's Play Area and a swimming pool, which the kids are excited about. The 3-side-open apartments should provide good ventilation. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction around Tangra. It’s under construction until December 2027, so we expect that for a while. The IGBC Gold Pre-certification is a nice environmental touch. The entrance lobby is supposed to have high finishes, which is good.

We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. We saw ATK Kalim Zeus and the 2 BHK apartments looked promising.
