The Tot-Lot is great for the kids to play. Atharva Buildementioned it’s 100% Vaastu compliant, which was important to my wife. It was completed in 2014, so it's an older construction but feels solid. The price was around 53.79 Lakh. A small concern for us is the lack of readily available information on OC received, but we are hoping it’s in order. The rain water harvesting system is a good addition for environmental consciousness.
