    Finding a good home near a reputable school was my top priority, and Atharva Prima Domus is close to C M International School. We purchased a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 506 Sq.ft. The kids love the dedicated play area and the swimming pool. The security features like video door security and 24x7 security are reassuring for us as parents. The project by Atharva Enterprises has a lot of green spaces, which is nice. The only downside is that the hospital is nearby, so that's a bit of a distance in case of emergencies. Overall, a good choice for families.

    I bought a 2 BHK flat in Atharva Prima Domus, the carpet area is 662 Sq.ft which is quite decent for the price point. The location in Balewadi, Patil Nagar is developing nicely and offegood connectivity to both the Mumbai and Nashik highways. I was particularly impressed with the amenities like the Olympic size swimming pool and the landscaped gardens. Atharva Enterprises seems to have delivered a solid product. My only small concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road, but that's common in Pune. The construction quality looks good and it was ready to move in, which was a major plus.
