The apartment size, a 2 BHK with 513 sq.ft carpet area, is adequate for our family. The gated community offegood security, and we appreciate the rainwater harvesting and water conservation efforts. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. However, the traffic on the Aundh-Ravet road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The presence of solar water heating is also a practical amenity for a family.
