Assotech Celeste Toweis a well-established project in Noida, completed back in 2008. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment here, around 2318 Sq.ft. The size is adequate for my family. The location in Sector 44, Block D is convenient, with Amity International School nearby, which is perfect for my children. The building offea Squash Court and a Spa, which are nice additions. The only minor issue we face is sometimes during peak summer months, the water pressure on higher flootends to drop a bit. The price of 2.5 Crore for our unit was competitive considering it's a ready-to-move property. Overall, it's a solid choice.

Other than that, the building seems well-maintained for its age, given it was completed in 2008. The landscaping is also quite pleasant.
