I wanted a secure and comfortable apartment in a good neighborhood. Asrithas Tarasi Villa in HSR Layout, Bangalore, caught my eye. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment of 2241 sq.ft saleable area for 2.06 Crore. The proximity to Narayana Hospital at nearby and EuroSchool HSR also at nearby provides a sense of security and convenience. Being ready to move in since its completion in 2016 was a big advantage. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel pleasant. My main concern is the distance to NH 66, which is nearby, and then further to Panaji City Center. While it has all essential amenities like power backup and lifts, the lack of readily available bank information was a slight drawback during the process.

We were looking for a ready to move in property and Asrithas Tarasi Villa fit the bill. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 2241 sq.ft saleable area. We bought one for 2.02 Crore. The location in HSR Layout is convenient, especially being close to EuroSchool HSR and Narayana Hospital, which is a huge plus for us. The price felt a little on the higher side for the area, but the immediate possession was the deciding factor. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. The overall construction quality seems decent, though we haven't faced any issues yet since we just moved in. The Vastu compliance was also a consideration for us.

We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Asrithas Tarasi Villa offered 3 BHK apartments which are quite large, around 2241 sq.ft saleable area. We managed to get one for 2.05 Crore. The location is fantastic for us as teache, with EuroSchool HSR right next door and Narayana Hospital also at nearby. This proximity was a major factor in our decision. While the project was completed in 2016, it's ready to move in, which suited our timeline. The only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes, given it is in HSR Layout. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. We are happy with the space and amenities like lift and intercom.
