I chose Aspirations Crescent for its prime location in Rath Tala, Ballygunge. It's close to major avenues like Rashbehari Avenue (1.3 KM) and the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (2 KM). The 3 BHK flat I selected is a comfortable 1831 Sq.ft built up. The price was around 1.59 Crore. While the project is ready to move, I do find the parking space a bit cramped when visiting friends who live here. However, the overall security with 24x7 CCTV and gated community aspect is reassuring for a single occupant.

We finally moved into Aspirations Crescent last month. The location in Kasba is quite convenient, close to South Point High School which is what we needed. My kids love the children play area and the swimming pool is a nice bonus for weekends. The 3 BHK flat we got is spacious, around 1840 Sq.ft built up, so everyone has their own space.
