We were looking for a spacious flat in Kolkata and Aspirations Bellagio in Kasba seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are large, with sizes ranging from 1093 to 1371 square feet built up area. The location is decent, quite close to Rashbehari Avenue, which is handy. Also, having Delhi Public School Ruby Park Senior School nearby was a big plus for my niece. The project is ready to move which was important for us. The only thing is the price point felt a little high for the area, but the space made up for it. Power backup is also provided, which is essential.
