It's compact but sufficient for my needs. The project offeessential amenities like a swimming pool and 24x7 security, which are important for someone of my age. The availability of power backup is also reassuring. The location is fairly accessible, with major roads like NH-65 and Hadapsar Road being nearby. The price of 26.56 Lakh was very reasonable for a ready-to-move property. My only concern is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, which can be a bit much. But overall, it's a quiet neighbourhood.
