    We chose Ashraya 10 Phase 3 because of its ideal location for our children. Nest Public School is nearby, and SGVP Holistic Hospital is also right there. We purchased a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 540 sq.ft, which is comfortable for our small family. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and the jogging track is great for my husband. The project offe24x7 water supply and a gymnasium. The only downside we've noticed is that the built-up area, while adequate, isn't overly spacious, especially the bedrooms in the 2 BHK units. However, for the convenience of the school being so close, it's a trade-off we are willing to make.
