My primary concern is the price point; while the area is good, 1.61 Cr for a 1615 Sq.ft plot feels a bit steep compared to some other options I explored. However, the inclusion of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems is a positive aspect. We are waiting to see further development before finalizing.
