The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospital, which is 3.2 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage. Rainwater harvesting and water storage facilities are also in place. My only concern is the lack of information on the exact completion date and OC received, which makes a detailed financial assessment a bit difficult. I am hoping for good rental returns.
